| Kenneth T. Rybarczyk not only served as ABCD president, but brought a kindness and good naturedness to all he did. He was a key member of the Erie County Department of Public Works, where he served as County Bridge Engineer.
In honor of his commitment, The Kenneth T. Rybarczyk Model Bridge Contest continues annually in his honor. |
| Edwin G. Menth, Jr. served many years in a behind the scenes role in the organization, where his tireless effort led to many a successful event. He was given special recognition in 1994, prior to his untimely passing. |
| Elmer Ernst, of Ernst Steel Corporation, Elio Violino, of the City of Buffalo DPW, and
James DeSerio, of DeSerio-Abate Engineers, were part of that founding group of the organization. Their passing left a large hole in the lives of many. |
| Ray Kron, of SJB Services, Inc., an active member
of our industry, he freely gave of his time for our chapter
and all its members. |
