The Association for Bridge Construction and Design would like to welcome everyone to attend our FHWA One-Day Seminar on High Performance Concrete and High Performance Steel Technologies! This seminar seeks to be approved for 8-PDH Credits. Eight PDH's! We have lined up 13 speakers to provide state of the art information on both of these HP topics. This promises to be an action packed event. Members, Non-Members, Potential New Members, are all invited.

Registration begins at 7:30 AM

Morning Program

7:45 AM to 12:00 PM Includes the following HP Concrete presentations:
HPC Materials, lightweight HPC, Ultra HPC, State DOT implementation of HPC, Crack-Free Bridge Decks, SRAs, Ternary Blended Cements, and Effects of Potassium Acetate on HPC

Lunch 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM

Afternoon Program

12:30 PM to 4:45 PM Includes the following HP Steel presentations:
Definition of HPS, Material Properties & Advantages, Cost-Effective Design Details, Design for Constructability, HPS Cost Comparison & DOT Case Studies, Fracture Toughness & Fatigue, Fabrication & Weldability, A1010 steel usage, HPS Innovative Designs, and Making Steel Bridges Continuous for Accelerated Bridge Construction
