Association for Bridge Construction and Design - Western New York Chapter

When completed in Fall of 2010, the Buffalo Outer Harbor Parkway project, including the proposed enhancements, will mark a major step in realizing the vision of reclaiming Buffalo's waterfront and transforming neglected and decaying spaces into vibrant, exciting destinations. The Association for Bridge Construction and Design would like to welcome everyone to attend our February Dinner Meeting featuring the presentation: "The Buffalo Outer Harbor Parkway." Doug Ackerman, PE and John Kowalski, PE, of NYSDOT and Keith Harlock, PE of Parsons Brinckerhoff will discuss the many challenges of this project currently under construction. The project features the reconstruction Fuhrmann Blvd. and Route 5, and construction of new interchanges, roundabouts and bridges. All Members, Non-Members, Potential New Members and Students are invited to attend this presentation.
